One of our girls, Arisa, 10 years old, is still in hospital in Lahore.
After a serious operation that left her with a large scar on her upper body, she is finally showing signs of recovery. The first few days after the operation were tough – pain, fear, uncertainty. But she fights her way back to life with astonishing strength. Her smile is slowly coming back, even if the scar is still clearly visible.
This scar represents everything that the children have been through in recent months – loss, suffering, but also hope and courage – and the doctors are confident that she will make a full recovery. She still needs medical care and plenty of rest, but soon she will be able to rejoin the other children in our home in Lahore.🙏 We would like to thank everyone who has made donations and sponsorships to ensure that these children receive the medical care and support they so urgently need.
